Q#1 – Why is Cavare Ratings useful for me?
Selecting a care provider for you or a loved one is much like choosing one’s university or first place of employment. When faced with such an important decision, one seeks from trusted sources as much guidance as possible to better arm themselves with assessing alternatives. Choosing the right care provider for your loved ones, or for yourself, carries the same importance.
Selecting a health care provider requires a high level of trust. Prior to Cavare Ratings, this trust could not tangibly be assessed without personal experience. The importance of understanding a care provider’s past record of service cannot be underestimated when comparing credentials and ultimately entrusting them to take care of a senior.
Q#2 – How do I edit or remove my review?
Currently, you cannot edit a review once it is submitted. If you’d like to make a change to your review or remove your review, please e-mail us at admin@cavareratings.com.
Q#3 - When will my review be posted?
Your review will be posted immediately.
Q#4 – What if I want to write a review for a provider not on cavareratings.com?
If you search for a service provider but can’t find it on our site, email us about the provider and we will look into getting it listed.
Q#5 – What are the posting guidelines?
Users like yourself rely on cavareratings.com reviews when deciding on Home Care or Senior Housing options. These guidelines help us ensure that the reviews we publish are fair. The guidelines are as follows:
- Written by users
- Reviews must be based on the customer’s experience, not second-hand information (rumors or quotations, from other sources or the reported opinions/experience of others)
- No profanity, prejudiced comments, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit language or other non-family-friendly content
- Reviews written by ownership or management posing as users will not be accepted.
- We accept reviews customer service experiences that occurred within the last 3 years
- Cavare Ratings is not a forum for general political, ethical or religious opinions, discussion or commentary
- Reviews should contain only original content and not be quoted material from other sources.
- You may write one review on any given service provider
- Valid e-mail and standard e-mail etiquette
- The e-mail address associated with your account must be correct. We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your review
- Cavare Ratings reserves the right to remove a review or management response at any time for any reason
- The reviews posted on cavareratings.com are individual and highly subjective opinions. The opinions expressed in reviews are those of cavareratings.com members and not of Cavare Care Inc. We do not endorse any of the opinions expressed by reviewers or in management responses. We are not affiliated with any establishment listed or reviewed on this web site

Q#6 – I was offered an incentive to write a review. Is that fine?
No. Owners are welcome to encourage their users to submit user reviews, but they are not allowed to offer incentives in exchange for reviews. If someone has offered you an incentive for a review, please tell us about it.
Q#7 – Is Cavare Ratings affiliated with any Senior Housing or Home Care providers?
No. We have no affiliations with any Senior Housing or Home Care providers. The ratings and reviews on the site are independent and unbiased because users are providing the direct feedback, not us. We are in no way aligned with any companies listed, and any appearance that we are is incorrect.
Q#8 – The provider I am using or am thinking about using is rated 5 stars, does this means it’s the best for me?
Yes and no. Our site is a tool to help you make that decision. If it is rated 5 stars, others feel that the provider is doing a great job. However, we strongly recommend that you do more research, such as visiting the housing facility, meeting the Home Care providers, and assessing what you (or your loved one’s) needs are and how the provider can fulfill these needs.
